Are you keeping a bass fishing log? If not you should start on your next bass fishing trip and every trip there after. Keeping a bass fishing log is one of those little things you can do that will set you apart from the pack and make you a better more knowledgeable bass angler over time.

The concept behind a bass fishing log is simple. Having your fishing progress written down on paper for later review is always better than trying to remember what working on the bass a year ago and in what conditions. You might remember that last May you were nailing bass in a given body of water, but chances are you will not remember the details that actually caught the fish, like bait colors, water clarity, temperature and so on.

So anyway I decided to throw a very simple fishing log together for you, one that you can print out and use as much as you’d like. I tried to keep it simple for a reason, I want to get you the angler that has never kept a log motivated to do so. So there is only the basics, but dont be fooled keeping track of the basics will make you a better bass angler!
